This research aims to:

1. Planning for the training of in-service teachers in the field of human rights education.

2. Determine the actual training needs for teachers in the various stages of education (primary - preparatory - secondary) in the field of human rights education.

3. Identify the most important contemporary international experiences in the training of teachers in the field of education on human rights.

4. Identify whether there were statistically significant differences in the estimate to the training needs of teachers needed for them in the field of education on human rights in different educational level (primary - preparatory - Secondary)

        The research used the descriptive method based on reality and description givens by reviewing previous studies and research, has hired researcher identifying applied to a sample of primary schools teachers, middle, and secondary public Damietta governorate. In order to identify the training needs for teachers in the field of human rights education.

         The results Search for: 1 - All the training needs identified in this study considered the needs of the necessary and important for teachers at all levels of education.

2 - there is no statistically significant differences between the three phases of primary teachers and secondary public for their training needs in the field of human rights education, and this indicates that the training needs of teachers converged different educational phase, which teachers taught them.
