The present work discusses the use of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)
as a solid phase for removal of bismuth from aqueous media. Different factors influencing on
removal efficiency were investigated carefully to get a maximum performance. The results of
this study showed that most of the Bi (III) ions were removed from the solution within 30 min,
at pH 0.1, and using 100 mg of adsorbent. The kinetic nature of adsorption process was
