Targeted current research to identify the effectiveness of using software proposed
Instructional Skills Development design electronic journals and published on the
Internet among students of Educational Information Department faculties of
education quality, the search currently preparing a list of design skills electronic
journals and published on the Internet in this category, and also set up software
educational Providing skills designed and published on the Internet, where sample
consisted research (25) students from the students the third year the Department of
Educational Information Faculty of Specific Education Damietta, and results showed
the current existence statistically significant differences between the mean scores of
students in the achievement test (pre and post) and note card performance skill in
favor of the post, which refers to the effectiveness of the proposed code in the
development of the skills of electronic journals and publishing it on the Internet
among students of Educational Information Department
