Effectiveness of the development of university education using the system of measuring the academic performance of faculty members and the views of students in light of the standards National Commission for Quality Assurance and Accreditation)

The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the development of university education using the system to measure the academic performance of faculty members and students' opinions in light of the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation

To look to the academic performance is hoped to university professor , and disclosure of the differences between the views of students in the system of measuring academic performance and realistic hoped to university professor , and academic level , and to identify the causes that may lead to non-performance of university professor for his role as academic as it should from the standpoint of male and female students , and to identify proposals for students to develop the academic performance of university professor ; to provide some procedural recommendations that may be useful in improving the performance of university professor for academic role .

The study sample consisted of 60 faculty members and 200 students , from both the third and fourth , in the faculties of Physical Education . And used the method of random , and the way the class in the selection of the sample ; After collecting the questionnaires , and the exclusion is not good for use in the study; the number of members of the study sample (180 ) students of the sample of the original study were 90 students and 90 female students.

The approach adopted in this study , it is descriptive and analytical approach . To achieve the objectives of the study; been prepared system to measure the academic performance of faculty members made ​​up 14 Majarmozaah on (skills of university teaching , work quality, work exams , files comprehensive evaluation , leadership and student activities, development of personal performance and functional , the administrative and professional development, lectures, community participation, office hours , seminars and workshops , postgraduate supervision Scientific , research and conferences) Eetmtheloa in (82) single , then was the work of a questionnaire to the opinions of students and students in the Study level III and IV on the same Alnmzawma with the exclusion criteria for faculty members to represent the 11 standard distributed 50 single , then was analyzed survey data by the statistical Package for social Sciences (SPSS) computerized , after analyzing data study found a number of results the most important success of the system of measurement that the researcher built to measure the academic performance of faculty members faculties of Physical Education and the emergence of responses for each of the faculty members and students ( male and female ) contributed to the effectiveness of the development of university education in the faculties of Physical Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt
