The purpose of current study is to design a directed muscle ability training exercises based on terms of muscle electrical activity and investigated the influences of this program to improve the drag flick skill of field hockey players. The author used the descriptive approach, following the survey curriculum to determine the active muscles, and the time moments also was studied. In addition, the experimental approach of the pre and posttests applied for one experimental group that performed the training program. The research community included the players who were professional in the penalty corner by drag flick, the subject was an excellent league teams (A) men, and their number (10) clubs represented by (25) players. The participants were chosen intentionally by the players who play the penalty corner with drag flick skill from the Sharkia Club and registered in the Egyptian Hockey Federation for season (2019/2020), the basic research sample size was (5) players, with a percentage (20%) of the total research community, and the exploratory research sample reached (1) player with (20%) of the basic research sample, and (4%) of the total research community. The most important results: The proposed training program has a positive effect on the muscular ability of the players (the research sample) aimed at the penalty corner with the drag flick skill, muscle ability exercises directed in the same time track and engineering skill (under research) contribute greatly to their mastery and ease of performance, the proposed training program positively affected the development of mechanical properties, the moments in the three-point clouds skill (in search) for the sample players.
