This research aims to develop a set of symmetrical exercises in terms of the patterns of brain control and know their effect on the digital level for juniors of speedball under (15 years). The researcher used the experimental approach to design the pre and post measurement for one experimental group. The research community included beginners and juniors of speedball under (15 years) in the Eastern Region and registered with the Egyptian Federation of Speedball for season (2019/2020) in the number of (4) clubs (Al-Ruwad - Sharkia - Al-Safwa – El-Seka-haded in Zagazig), the researcher selected the research sample using deliberate method from speedball boys and girls under (15 years) which were (5) boys and (10) girls at Sharkia Club. The most important results: Training on balance and integration of the two hemispheres has achieved the largest possible benefit in the digital level for juniors under (15 years) when performing Super Solo in the sport of speedball. Physical training in the training program led to the development of the physical capabilities of speedball youth under (15 years). The symmetrical exercises in terms of cerebral control patterns helped improve the numerical level of juniors of speedball under (15 years) in individual solo play.
