The Effect of Dribbling and Deception Training On the Effectiveness of the Skillful Performance of Young Boxers

The research aims to improve the effectiveness of the skillful performance of young boxers from the age of (17 to 19 years) - the average weight category - and whose weights range between (65 to 75 kg), by designing a training program using dribbling and deception exercises, and the researchers used the experimental approach. By designing the pre and post measurement for one experimental group. The research community included young boxers from the age of (17 to 19 years), medium weight groups between (65 kg to 75 kg) in the Gharbia region for amateur boxing, and their number is (115) boxers, representing (6) Sports bodies are (Tanta Spinning Club, El Sekka El Hadid Club, El Mahalla Spinning Club, Tanta Sports Club, Sporting Castle Club, El Mahalla Hunting Club), and they are registered in the Egyptian Federation of Amateur Boxing for the sports season (2020/2021). Of the young boxers from the age of (17 to 19 years) at Sporting Castle Club in Tanta, and their number reached (22), of whom (10) were boxers on whom the basic study was conducted, and (10) were boxers on whom the survey study was conducted, and (2) boxers were excluded for injury. The reason for choosing this sample was the high level of the population The technical and physical level of the boxers, as well as the convergence of their chronological and training age, which helps researchers in experimental control of the research, and the most important results were: The training program using evasive and deception exercises applied to the research sample led to an improvement in the offensive behavior coefficient of young boxers with an improvement rate (26.1%), And the coefficient of defensive behavior for young boxers improved by an improvement (47.2%), and the factor of effectiveness of the skill performance of young boxers improved by an improvement rate (34.7%).
