Abstract

Planning for investment in Islamic endowment funds to improve financing education in EGYPT

          this study sought to find new mechanisms from which the funds of Islamic endowment could be utilized to improve Egyptian education finance  and contributing effectively in efforts of developing ,reforming and advancing it in both the qualitative and quantitative level in order to achieve the maximum targeted goals of the Islamic endowment.

Proceeding from the foregoing : this study examines in its main issue the answer on the following main question : how can Islamic endowment funds be employed for financing education?

And the following sub questions are branched from the main question :-

1-    What is the conceptual frame of the Islamic endowment ?

2-    What are the main significant fields of employing Islamic endowment funds in financing education in Egypt?

3-    What are the main barriers that prevent the maximum benefit from Islamic endowment funds in financing the education in Egypt and advancing it?

4-    What are the main features og the global and regional trend supporting tender and volunteering in the field of financing education ?

5-    What is the proposed conceptualization for promoting benefits from Islamic endowment funds to improve the Egyptian educational funding?

Study approach:- the study used descriptive and historical  approaches

Study tools:- both the researchers used interview as data collecting tool for identifying views of the selected sample (selected sample is consisted of 15 member of general managers in Damietta endowment  directorate

The domain of the study:-

The study seek to the implement the following objectives:-

-          Recognition of views about the extent of how to create investments in Islamic endowment funds for improving education finance

-          Indicating the significant barriers that prevent the targeted investment

-          Indicating the visions and suggestions through which Islamic endowment funds can be invested for improving education finance  in Egypt

-          The proposed conceptualization of investment in Islamic endowment for improving education finance in Egypt.

Based on the previous review the Islamic endowment could be employed in financing educational purposes in our Arabic world and Islamic nation and our country Egypt that is because the endowment is not such a monopoly to a specific nation without the other , but it is a philosophy rooted in the conscience of the nation as well as religious and ideological resonance from the core of Islamic religious and here the search reviews the Islamic proposed conceptualization of investing the Islamic endowment funds for improving education in Egypt .

The most important results of the study:-

This study had examined in its content the economic component of Islamic endowment and planning for investing the Islamic endowment funds in improving educational financing in Egypt and the study is concluded set of results.
