_The community partnership as an entrance to boost confidence among faculties of education and institutions of pre-university education in Egypt_ Damietta as an example_.

Abstract

There are many crises which face Egyptian education also, there are challenges which face the way of education. so, there are many aspirations towards tomorrow better educated after revolutions in January 2011 and June 2013.

These aspirations required good community partnership in improving education in Egyptian society.

Problem of study:

As a part of generational succession and cancel assignment in 1997 for graduates. it should be education and work go hand in hand in order to clear the vision for the planners who make the programs of education in the educational institutions.

The partnership which we talk about in this study aims at solving the crisis and challenges which face the educational reality.

from this point we know the problem of the study which is: How we can make mechaincs of partnership as an entrance to boost confidence among faculty of education and institutions of pre-university education in Damietta?

- fork the main question of this group of sub-questions:

1- What is the meaning of partnership and it_s principles?

2- What is the reality of the role of faculty of education in serving the educational reality in Damietta?

3- What are the most challenges which face the achievement of this active partnership among faculty of education and institutions of pre-university education in Damietta?

4- What are the suggested mechanics to activate principles of community partnership as an entrance to boost confidence among faculty of education and institutions of pre-university education in Damietta?

- Methodology of study:

The study depends on analytical descriptive methodology which concentrate on the reality and its problems and researches for best in the future.

The limits of study:

* Objective limit: take active partnership to support education in Damietta society through improving the role of faculty of education in Damietta in serving the educational process.

* Spatial limit: determined in faculty of education in Damietta and institution of pre-university education.

* Time limit: The time of the study is in 2014.

* Human limit: some of professors of faculties of education, business men, members of institutions of  civil society and who interesting in educational process>

Tools of study:

The study depends on a questionnaire which directed on:

1- Faculty members and heads of education in Damietta.

2- Members of institution of civil society and business men.

3- Fathers and teachers who interested in educational process.

Results of study:

The study ended with suggest of some programs which the faculties of education will do it to serve educational process:

1- Training programme for mangers of schools on principles of active schooling management.

2- Training teachers on principles of active schooling management.

3- Training students on practicing democracy and culture of interview.

4- Learning adults.

5- Educational investment of resource of Damietta environment.

6- School which has variety of jobs.

At the end of this study, it concentrates on the aim of community partnership through suggested projects or ideas which aims at active partnership make faculty of education is the basic of experience and the head of institutions of universal education in Damietta.
