Abstract: The current research aims to learn how to use blended learning based on the Web in the development of _ oriented program concepts for students in general secondary education through reaching to cognitive concepts of _ oriented program, and design  the blended learning based on the Web using a Multi media, and to identify the of visualization proposed in the development of _ oriented program concepts for students in general secondary education.

The current sample contains 59 Student. The sample was divided into two groups, one control studying 29 Student, and the other experimental using 29 Student. During  School year 2011/2012 . witch  visualize blended learning Web-based has apply.

The research Result indicate that  visualized  blended learning Web-based is significantly Increase student achievement  for _ Oriented Program concepts by percentage 93% compared to traditional education.
