The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of using complex training on the development of explosive power of legs and arms, and the effectiveness of twisting movement of adult wrestlers. The research was conducted on sample of 20 wrestling players under 20 who represent the wrestling team of Damietta University. The players were divided into two equal group, and each group consisted of 10 wrestlers. The researcher used the experimental methodology using the experimental design of two groups, one experimental who implements the training program using complex weight and plyometric training, and the other is control group. The program took (10) weeks with average of three training modules per week. The key results concluded by the researcher included that there are statistically significant differences between the experimental group and control group in the post measurement of explosive power and the effective performance of twisting movement for the favor of the experimental group.
