Manyextensionsoftheroughsettheoryhavebeenproposed.One
oftheseextensionsusedthegranulesasabaseforatopologicalstructure.In
thispaper,weapplygeneralrelationstogeneratethetopologicalstructureon
thesetofobjects.Wehaveusedatopologicalroughsetapproachproposed
by[1]tocheckthevalidityofthisapproach.Wesuggestanewapproachto
avoidsomedifficultiesinthepreviousmodels.Inordertosolvetheproblems
encounteredinotherapproaches,weproposednewdefinitionforthelowerand
upperapproximationoperators,thesenewdefinitionsaregeneralizationVPRS
concepts.Finally,weexplorethemainpropertiesofthenewdefinitionofthe
lowerandupperapproximationoperators
