The Role of e educational management in secondary education in developing the values of affiliation

The study aimed at recognizing the meaning of effective educational management and the most requirements, also recognizing the reality of affiliation of students of secondary schools and how we achieve this affiliation, recognizing the role of effective management in supporting the values of affiliation in students of secondary education in Egypt.

The study uses the descriptive method.

The study ended with some results:-

1)    Weakness of educational management in secondary schools.

2)    There is weakness of affiliation in students of secondary schools, affiliation to family. Affiliation to home, affiliation to arab nationality, also affiliation to religion.

3)    There are many challenges which face students such as globalization especially. Cultural globalization.

4)    The management in secondary schools need to assess some principles in order to do supporting the value of affiliation in students of secondary schools.
