The purpose of this research is to design proposed training program and to identify its effects on: improvement of the wrestler’s reaction time, improvement of the percentage of performance of successful attempt, increase of the due technical points, and increase of the effectiveness of skill performance of seating by diving. The research was conducted on sample of 30 U-20 wrestling players who represent the wrestling team of Damietta University. They were divided into two equal groups, each of 15 wrestlers. The researcher used the experimental methodology using the two-group experimental design of one experimental group that implements the training program and one control group. The program took (12) weeks with average of three training units per week. The key results concluded by the researcher were improvement of reaction speed and effectiveness of skill performance of the skill of seating by diving, and improvement of the reaction speed to the increasing successful attempts and increase of the number of technical points. There are statistically significant differences between the light, medium and heavy weights in the speed of conditional response and effectiveness of performance of seating by diving.
