This article analyzes the work of Dee Fink: creating significant learning experiences.  It introduces to main problematic issues faced by teachers at the university level.  The article gives a comprehensive elaboration of each chapter followed by comments related to teaching at the university level in Arab countries.  At the end of the article implications are suggested for the development of teaching at the university level in a way that coincides with quality requirements.
