evaluating prospective teachers’ oral language performance

This study aims mainly at designing an instrument to asses the oral language skills of post-intermediate learners of English as a foreign language (prospective school teachers of English).  The study includes procedures used to verify the validity, reliability and feasibility of the targeted instrument.
